Southern Insulation is insured by Zurich American Insurance Co., Inc., with coverage in the limits of $2,000,000 per occurrence and Umbrella coverage of $8,000,000. Zurich has an A+14 for year 2000. The form is true occurrence. Additional coverages can be provided for an additional charge on an individual job basis.
Zurich, a leader in today's group of environmental insurers, clearly understands its role in helping companies protect their assets to insure that appropriate standards, job specifications and loss control requirements are being fulfilled. Each insured contractor is subject to strict loss control guidelines, as well as stringent periodic site inspections by experienced and certified loss control specialists.

Southern Insulation has established a bond line with A.I.G. Environmental, which has a Best Rating of A++. They provide Bid, Performance, Labor, and Material Payment Bonds as well as miscellaneous bonds. Southern Insulation has a $20,000,000 aggregate capacity. Additional limits can be obtained on a per project basis.
